Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the need for deans and other camp staff to purchase supplies well in advance of camp events, we respectfully request that parents only register their campers when they are confident the camper will be able to attend. In case of a situation requiring cancellation of registration, the following policies apply to the availability of refunds:

For Full Camp Weeks (Adventure Camp, Junior/Middle/High School Week, Beginners’ Camp)

A $50 deposit will be collected at the time of registration for full summer camp weeks. Campers and Parents have the option to pay in full or pay only the $50 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after June 1.

Camp fees in excess of the deposit must be paid before the start of camp, and are refundable up to 14 days before the start of the camp event. Within 14 days, a 50% refund of the total cost will be the maximum available. After the start of a camp event, no refunds will be issued

 

For Weekend Retreats and Single-Day Events

Weekend retreats and single-day events will be refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of the camp event.

After 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of camp, a 50% refund will be the maximum available. No refunds will be issued after the start of the event.

Requests for cancellations/refunds must be made by email to the Registrar before the applicable deadline.
